About the Role
The Sr. Project Manager - S&T at CannonDesign leads and mentors teams in delivering high quality design and construction projects. This role focuses on project management, client relationships, process improvement, and financial performance for a major 1.25 million square foot laboratory facility in San Francisco, CA.
Here's What You'll Do
- Lead and nurture client relationships to secure future opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation across design and construction phases.
- Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks and quality assurance.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project and Deltek Project Planning to coordinate tasks.
- Mentor team members, provide feedback, and participate in business development.
Here's What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience managing large projects with significant budgets.
- Experience with S&T projects is preferred with current licensure and LEED certification as a bonus.
- Expert skills in project management tools (MS Project, Deltek Vision, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
- Strong client leadership, business acumen, and technical know-how for risk and QA/QC management.
