Here's What You'll Do
- Lead client relationships to secure future opportunities.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients regarding design, construction, and project issues.
- Establish shared expectations early in the engagement.
- Document key decisions and processes per CannonDesign standards.
- Manage project risks, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Coordinate team workload, mentoring, and feedback.
- Use tools like MS Project and Deltek Project Planning.
- Participate in business development and contract negotiations.
Here's What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience.
- Client-facing skills with strong communication and business acumen.
- Technical proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
- Licensure in the United States, LEED accreditation preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary in the San Francisco, CA area ranges from $106,200 to $132,800 annually, with discretionary bonuses and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account options, paid time off, remote work options, flex-time, 401k, and various employee perks.
