Position Summary

Candid is a nonprofit providing comprehensive data and insights about the social sector. In the role of Data Services Lead, you will work with a team of data experts to deliver valuable data services, insights, and reporting to external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer custom and managed dataset delivery in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on complex data queries and technical solutions.
  • Develop, design and maintain technical frameworks ensuring high-quality data delivery.
  • Partner with management to shape new data products and streamline improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical leadership for junior staff and foster team growth.
  • Develop analytics and monitoring capabilities to inform product and organizational decisions.
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders and translate business needs into technical execution.
