The Role
As a Treasury Operations Associate at Candex, you will support our growth across multiple countries by maintaining financial records, managing accounting software, handling invoices and tax payments, and overseeing daily bank reconciliations and cash disbursements. Reporting to the Treasury Operations Team Lead, you will also support global payment processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage financial discrepancies
- Handle communications with banks and customers worldwide
- Record and accept payments from customers
- Reconcile reports with third-party records such as bank statements
- Collaborate with business interfaces on ongoing procedures and special projects
Qualifications
1-3 years relevant experience, banking background required. Experience with international transfers, working with global customers, and familiarity with accounting software (advantage if proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Office) are ideal. Additional advantage if knowledgeable about tax laws (VAT, WHT, etc.) and extensive financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable. Strong written communication skills are a must.
