The Role

The Customer Support Specialist – Nordic Languages Swedish, Norwegian, Danish will report to the Support Team Leader and assist both internal and external customers. The role involves resolving queries, guiding users through features, administering orders, and offering product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new users and promote user adoption.
  • Administer pending orders and payments.
  • Reconcile orders data for accuracy.
  • Identify areas of improvement in process and product.
  • Respond promptly via ticketing, email, and phone.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for optimal solutions.
  • Escalate recurring issues with suggestions for improvement.
  • Gather and share customer feedback for product enhancements.
  • Manage support and technical issues during client interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Fintech or hi-tech background preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage global hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm).
