Your New Responsibilities as a System Engineer Managed Services Microsoft Workplace UEM
- Administration and operation of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft SCCM (Client Management, Policies, Updates)
- Software packaging, distribution, and automation for Windows clients
- Ensuring availability, performance, and security through patch, update, and maintenance measures
- Administration of Active Directory, GPO structures, and client computer profiles
- Operation and administration of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
- Monitoring, analysis, and processing of incidents, problems, and changes in the ticket system
- Troubleshooting, fault analysis, and sustainable error resolution in complex system landscapes
- Maintenance and further development of operational, process, and system documentation, as well as internal knowledge transfer
What You Bring
- Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification (studies or practical experience)
- Several years of professional experience in the administration of Windows Server and Client systems
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and software packaging and distribution
- Sound experience in the Active Directory environment including GPO management
- Experience in patch, release, and change management, as well as in structured IT operations
- Analytical thinking skills and a high understanding of complex IT infrastructures
- Independent, structured way of working and pronounced team spirit
- Ideally, certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, SCCM, Citrix, Scripting/Automation)
