About the Team & Role

The Pro Bono Coordinator works within the Practical Support Services team in the Cancer Information and Support Services Division. The role involves coordinating the delivery of pro bono legal, financial planning, and workplace professional services for cancer patients and carers.

  • Oversee case management for legal, financial, and workplace referrals.
  • Contact clients to assess eligibility for pro bono advice.
  • Connect clients to external pro bono service providers.
  • Manage relationships with professional service providers and volunteers.
  • Contribute to projects and promotional activities.

About You

You should have a tertiary qualification in law or a related field with one to two years of coordinating pro bono or legal-related support services. Excellent communication skills, strong relationship management, and ability to work with vulnerable clients are essential.
