About the Role
The Administrative Assistant at Canadian Tire Corporation provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple VPs within the Cyber Security and Commercial Platform groups. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth operations and manage high-profile initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative support to senior leaders.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate on-site events.
- Manage intricate executive schedules via Microsoft Outlook.
- Coordinate meeting setups including A/V, catering, and guest logistics.
- Oversee expense reporting, travel arrangements, and filing system improvements.
- Serve as primary contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain financial and budget documentation using Excel.
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate team events.
What You Bring
- 5+ years supporting VP-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with SAP Concur and Copilot is an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to monitor emails outside regular hours.
Compensation & Benefits
