Job Summary

The Co-op IT and Engineering role at CSIS is a winter 2027 work term opportunity (January - April) for eligible post-secondary students enrolled in an accredited co-op or internship program. Work Opportunity

This placement offers hands-on experience in various streams including Database Administration, Embedded Systems Programming/Hardware, IT Infrastructure Support, IT/Network Security, Networking/Telecommunications, Software Development, Specialized Intelligence Collection Systems, Support Technicians, Quality Assurance and Testing, Strategic Planning and Reporting, Cloud Platform Development and Security, Collaboration Support, Technology Project Management, and IT Security/IT Risk Management.

Eligibility & Education

Applicants must be full-time, enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Engineering, and related technical areas. Special consideration is given to those with bilingual proficiency.

Security Requirements

Candidates must be eligible for an Enhanced Top Secret clearance, which includes a security interview, polygraph, and comprehensive background investigation.
