Job Summary

This Co-op position is for IT and Engineering students enrolling in accredited programs. The work term is scheduled for Winter 2027 (January to April) and is available at various CSIS locations across Canada.

Streams & Areas of Work

Candidates can choose streams ranging from Database Administration, Embedded Systems Programming, IT/Network Security, to Software Development among others. The role involves tasks such as system configuration, troubleshooting, software development, project management and security assessments.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Must be a registered full-time post-secondary student in Canada.
  • Enrollment in an accredited Co-op or Internship program is required.
  • Relevant studies in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, etc.
  • Proficiency in one or more technical areas, with special language or platform skills considered an asset.
  • Eligibility for a security clearance (Enhanced Top Secret) is essential.
