About the Role
The Canadian Red Cross is seeking a Senior Donor Experience Specialist to design and implement personalized donor journeys that enhance loyalty and create lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Design and manage segmented donor journeys.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to customize stewardship plans.
- Create compelling stewardship communications and impact reports.
- Utilize CRM and analytics to refine donor engagement.
- Translate donor motivations into meaningful recognition and storytelling.
- Support evolution of journey mapping and donor standards.
- Work cross-functionally on initiatives to enhance donor satisfaction.
- Monitor donor trends and update best practices.
- Support emergency campaigns with responsive donor strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in donor relations or high-net-worth relationship management.
- 3-year college diploma or university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in multi-channel donor journeys and personalized engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to apply donor insights for improvement.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
Working Conditions
This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid/virtual work arrangement in Canada. It requires high concentration, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and complete a pre-employment screening including an Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC).
