The Role
The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plans, coordinates, communicates and delivers marketing campaigns and provides administrative services. Responsibilities include assisting in budget preparation, drafting divisional communications, implementing forms and procedures, tracking project progress from initiation to completion, and coordinating with external departments and contractors. The role includes liaising with stakeholders, clients and vendors, as well as coordinating production activities such as digital asset organization, production logs, timelines and workflow follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience
- College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field
- Several years of experience in market analysis, customer profile development, and segmentation
- Experience in office administration, design/media project coordination and multi-channel marketing projects
- Proficiency in writing, editing, database maintenance and using design software
- Familiarity with multimedia development and designing print and electronic material
Competencies & Language
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership. English or French essential (Bilingual is an asset).

This is a hybrid position based in Ontario with a mix of corporate office and home office work, subject to the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy.
