Digital Marketing and Product Coordinator
The Canadian Football League (CFL) is seeking a Digital Marketing and Product Coordinator to join their Marketing & Communications department. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Position Summary
The Digital Marketing and Product Coordinator will be instrumental in executing and optimizing the league’s digital experiences across its website and mobile app. This role supports content distribution strategies, ensuring fans receive timely, engaging, and personalized content. The coordinator will collaborate with content, digital marketing, and product teams to manage content workflows, live game digital experiences, evergreen content, and maintain website/app layouts. Responsibilities also include supporting personalization initiatives and ensuring accurate content tagging for improved discoverability and fan engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Execution & Vertical Video Strategy
- Execute the league’s vertical video strategy across the website and mobile app.
- Support game night digital experiences by curating key moments and highlights in real time.
- Execute and maintain weekly automated content strategies for game week storytelling and non-game events.
Fan Engagement & Messaging
- Support push notification strategies for content distribution, breaking news, and live game engagement.
- Assist with copywriting for digital platforms, focusing on testing and optimizing messaging performance.
Website & App Experience Management
- Build and maintain page layouts, landing pages, contest pages, and promotional experiences.
- Implement navigation updates, including copy changes, placement adjustments, and structural updates.
- Manage non-editorial page updates for schedules, tune-in information, and fan information hubs.
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of platform widgets.
- Manage product-related customer support inquiries, assisting fans with account access and technical troubleshooting.
Optimization & Personalization
- Support testing and optimization of page layouts and content placements.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain consistent and accurate tagging structures across content types.
- Coordinate with product, data, and content teams for accurate digital experience implementation.

Compensation & Work Environment
- Expected Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, potentially including base pay plus bonuses and variable incentive pay.

- Work Schedule: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary due to the nature of the business.
