Overview of the Senior Specialist, Donor Communications Role

This role supports a nationwide stewardship program by developing, executing, and optimizing donor communications across digital, print, and video media. It requires a strategic thinker and experienced digital storyteller with strong project management skills to improve donor experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and manage content development for a mass marketing stewardship program.
• Create engaging content for stewardship, cultivation, and fundraising tactics.
• Manage print communication production and liaise with print fulfillment partners.
• Monitor performance analytics and recommend strategies to improve engagement.
• Provide project management support and coordinate internal content processes.
• Support translation, testing, deployment and quality assurance across channels.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in fundraising and/or stewardship communications, fluency in English with French as an asset, and a strong portfolio of digital storytelling and content creation.
