Overview
The Client Service Assistant at Canada Life supports Group Retirement Plans administration. Reporting to the Associate Manager of the GRS Service Support Teams, you will perform various administrative functions including data entry, digital reporting updates, and mail preparation duties.
What You Will Do
- Handle member plan maintenance on GPAS.
- Monitor a shared mailbox for internal and external emails.
- Process data entry and tasks in the Workflow System.
- Update digital reports and enter key system information.
- Prepare, process, and distribute mail and documents.
- Manage ad hoc tasks including file requests and scanning.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in high volume, multi-priority environments.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of investment/retirement arrangements is an asset.
- Experience with GPAS and related systems is an asset.
- Ability to obtain Reliability Status security clearance.
Additional Information
