Position Responsibilities

As a Workday Analyst at Canada Goose, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HRIS service requests via ServiceNow.
  • Monitor, categorize, and respond to tickets for Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with SLAs.
  • Coordinate the HR Pod’s Change Advisory Board (CAB) process following Agile methodologies.
  • Maintain records of change requests and support documentation tasks.
  • Participate in testing, validation of Workday updates, and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–2 years in an HRIS support or analyst role. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Working Conditions

The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, in a hybrid or office-based environment. The role involves primarily computer-based work with occasional extended hours during critical incidents.
