As the Manager, Application Development & Transformation, you will lead a team of developers and manage the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring minimal risk and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Application Developers.
  • Define vendor strategies and service level agreements.
  • Oversee full lifecycle development and design solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership for Enterprise systems.
  • Innovate and modernize the Enterprise technical stack.
  • Debug and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in solution design.
  • 5+ years working with Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP projects across multiple domains.
  • Advanced experience with Azure services and development tools.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Web Apps, REST APIs, and Agile/SCRUM.
