As the Manager, Application Development & Transformation, you will lead a team of developers and manage the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring minimal risk and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Application Developers.
- Define vendor strategies and service level agreements.
- Oversee full lifecycle development and design solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership for Enterprise systems.
- Innovate and modernize the Enterprise technical stack.
- Debug and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in solution design.
- 5+ years working with Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience with ERP/MRP projects across multiple domains.
- Advanced experience with Azure services and development tools.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Web Apps, REST APIs, and Agile/SCRUM.
