About the Role

As a Software Engineer Fullstack - Optimize and Analytics Integration at Camunda, you will shape the next-generation analytics product for process orchestration. You will design, build, and optimize production-grade SaaS capabilities using Java and React, collaborating closely with a global team to enhance performance, reliability, and fault tolerance in distributed systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with reliability experts to measure platform load and performance.
  • Propose and implement iterative improvements for performance and fault tolerance.
  • Design and build backend APIs (Java) and frontend dashboards (React) for analytics data.
  • Create data exporters and connectors enabling third-party BI tools integration.
  • Contribute to code quality, test automation, and observability improvements.

What You Bring

You have 3+ years as a full‑stack Software Engineer with strong production experience in Java and React. A passion for distributed systems, high‑throughput SaaS platforms, and continuous improvement defines your approach.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with low‑latency distributed SaaS products, distributed data stores, Opensearch/Elasticsearch, modern cloud operations, and load testing.
