Role Overview - Enterprise Account Executive North America

This is a fully remote role targeting large organizations in North America. You will drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers by managing complex sales cycles, technical discovery, evaluations, presentations, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ARR growth through technical discovery and evaluations.
  • Articulate Camunda’s value proposition to technical and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners.
  • Leverage multiple communication methods to generate new customer contacts.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years quota attainment in enterprise software (SaaS) sales.
  • Proven success selling complex software solutions to enterprise companies.
  • Experience with $1M+ multi-year contracts and sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Deep industry knowledge of BFSI and Healthcare is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with automation technology.
  • Willingness to travel to major US hubs for events and customer meetings.
  • Experience documenting MEDDICC for internal sales communications.
  • Experience in enterprise products involving open source licensing considerations.
