Are you an experienced life sciences consultant looking to make an impact and work with a curious and talented team to advance healthcare? At Cambridge Healthcare Research, you'll work with Solici, our strategic competitive intelligence division, to support client projects, drive business development and guide teams in delivering groundbreaking therapies to patients worldwide.
About the Role:
- Lead client projects and ensure value delivery.
- Deliver excellence in strategic, critical problem solving.
- Drive business development and expand client relationships.
- Lead, manage, and develop consulting colleagues.
- Engage externally through blogs, events and professional networks.
- Contribute internally to process improvements and cultural initiatives.
Who Will Thrive:
- Advanced degree in relevant life sciences fields.
- 3-4 years of relevant consulting experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary between $105,000 and $120,000.
- 20 days holiday with incremental increases and additional holidays.
- Discretionary bonus, share options, and 401(k) plan.
