Job Responsibilities

• Configuring a web application using SQL and a web-based user interface based on technical specifications and instructions given in Jira tickets.
• Creating ad-hoc reports using SQL.
• Integrating data from multiple data sets, examining and interpreting complex data sets and making findings relevant and actionable.
• Setting up, deploying, configuring, and monitoring multiple systems using web-based dashboards and querying application logs.
• Providing timely, accurate and reliable management reporting and research of data.
• Creating innovative solutions to a range of complex data requests.
• Assisting in the development of additional information system projects, as needed.
• Verifying data quality to ensure accurate reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent data and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and resourceful solutions to solve challenges and the ability to meet detailed project goals while working autonomously.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly organize thoughts and/or document content and convey complex concepts effectively regardless of audience.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and other database tools.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
