What the Role Involves

The Operations Manager at Calyptus will lead strategic compliance initiatives and manage business & legal tech operations in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Strategic Compliance Initiatives

  • Lead compliance programs across data privacy, AI, and information security.
  • Maintain ISO27001:2022 standards and manage audits and procurement.
  • Develop internal policies, maintain compliance records, and train staff.

Business & Legal Tech Operations

  • Own and optimise legal and compliance tech stack including CLM, CRM, and ISMS.
  • Ensure accurate data handling and provide user support with Sales Ops.
  • Improve system efficiency, adoption, and reporting for smarter decisions.

Impact & Ownership

  • Partner with the Compliance Committee and executive leadership.
  • Deliver high-impact projects with full ownership and responsibility.
  • Scale compliance and application operations to match global growth.
