About the Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager at Calyptus will drive strategic compliance initiatives and manage business & legal tech operations. You will lead the rollout of compliance programs in areas such as data privacy, artificial intelligence, and information security while maintaining ISO27001:2022 standards. You will also optimize our legal and compliance tech stack including CLM, CRM, sanctions tools, and ISMS applications.

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategic compliance programs and ensure successful audits.
  • Develop internal policies, training, and maintain compliance records.
  • Optimize and manage legal and compliance tech tools.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Committee and executive leadership.
  • Deliver high-impact projects with full ownership.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Economics or a related field. Experience in information security, data privacy, operational compliance or tech operations in SaaS or scale-ups. Must have strong project management, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
