Overview
CALSTART is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive People Resources Administrator. This part-time temporary role is remote and supports People operations with process improvement and administrative tasks using ADP WorkforceNow.

About the Role
This role will strengthen processes, maintain data accuracy, and support system administration within ADP WorkforceNow. You will document and improve SOPs, manage data entry, reporting, troubleshooting, and partner with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support daily People Resources operations.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide hands-on support in ADP WorkforceNow.
- Enhance data integrity and efficiency on SharePoint.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR administrative or operations experience.
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and SharePoint.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $29.81 based on relevant factors.
