The Senior Revenue Accountant at Calo Inc. supports the group reporting function by overseeing revenue accounting and ensuring transaction integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Record and reconcile daily revenue transactions in compliance with standards.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly revenue reports and account balances.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and monitor discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing related to revenue recognition.
- Liaise with payment gateways, delivery aggregators, and external regulators.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables from the B2B department.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the revenue accounting team.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue accounting processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent.
- 5+ years of accounting experience with revenue booking and month-end/year-end closing.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, specifically IFRS 15.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision with strong attention to detail.
