About the Role
A leading AI research initiative is recruiting Content Review Experts to help enhance large language model (LLM) performance on realistic reasoning and comprehension tasks. As a Technical Content Writer, you will design and review complex written problems, author gold-standard solutions, and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and clarity. Your work will directly shape how next-generation AI systems understand and produce long-form, high-quality reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative, challenging tasks for AI systems to solve.
- Write gold-standard solutions with expert reasoning.
- Review and edit AI-generated content for accuracy and coherence.
- Apply editorial judgment to catch inconsistencies and errors.
- Synthesize diverse source material into structured summaries.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and content leads.
Ideal Qualifications
- Background in technical writing, editorial, academic research, policy analysis, or curriculum design.
- Proven ability to develop Q&A sets and structured problem-solving content.
- Exceptional deep reading and synthesis skills for long-form material.
- Strong fact-checking, grammar, and editing capabilities.
- Clear, concise writing with logical structure and precision.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
More About the Opportunity
Start Date: Rolling — qualified experts are invited to a paid trial within a few days of application. Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible). Duration: 6 weeks minimum with strong potential for extension. Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own time.
Compensation & Contract
Rate: $35–$45 USD per hour based on experience. Contract Type: Independent contractor with weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
