About the Role

A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Management Consultants to collaborate on a long-term project focused on benchmarking and enhancing the reasoning capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems. In this role as a Strategy & Management Consultant, you will design and evaluate consulting-style scenarios, frameworks, and case analyses to help large language models learn how top-tier consultants reason, structure business problems, and communicate insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review consulting-style prompts and structured answers.
• Benchmark AI responses against established consulting frameworks.
• Provide structured feedback on analytical rigor and communication clarity.
• Conduct targeted research to inform prompt quality and consistency.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and consulting peers.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Strong strategic problem-solving and market research skills.
• Exceptional written communication and logical consistency.
• Ability to synthesize insights into coherent business narratives.
• Experience in case design or performance evaluation is a plus.

Project Timeline & Compensation

Start Date: Immediate Duration: 4 weeks (potential for extension) Commitment: ~20+ hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous Hourly Rate: $80–$120 USD/hour with weekly bonuses for top performers Equity: Offered to high-performing contributors
