About the Role

A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Management Consultants to collaborate on a long-term project focused on benchmarking and enhancing the reasoning capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you’ll design and evaluate consulting-style scenarios, frameworks, and case analyses to help large language models learn how top-tier consultants reason, structure business problems, and communicate insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation rubrics.
• Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world standards.
• Provide structured feedback on analytical rigor, communication clarity, and business reasoning.
• Conduct targeted research to inform prompt quality and evaluation consistency.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and consulting peers to refine model performance.

Ideal Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years at top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Strong skills in strategic problem-solving, market research, and structured analysis. Exceptional written communication and attention to logical consistency are required. Experience in case design, training, or performance evaluation is a plus.

Project Timeline & Compensation

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 4 weeks, potential extension
• Commitment: ~20+ hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous
• Hourly Rate: $80–$120 USD
• Equity and bonus incentives offered based on performance
