A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Management Consultants to collaborate on a long-term project focused on benchmarking and enhancing the reasoning capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems. In this Management Consultant role, you will design and evaluate consulting-style scenarios, frameworks, and case analyses to help large language models learn how top-tier consultants reason, structure business problems, and communicate insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation rubrics.
- Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world standards.
- Provide structured feedback on analytical rigor, communication clarity, and business reasoning.
- Conduct targeted research to enhance prompt quality and evaluation consistency.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and consulting peers.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm. Must possess strong skills in strategic problem-solving, market research, and structured analysis, with exceptional written communication and logical consistency. Experience in case design and performance evaluation is a plus.
Project Timeline & Compensation
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 4 weeks (potential extension)
- Commitment: ~20+ hours/week, fully remote
- Hourly Rate: $80–$120 USD/hour
- Equity offered for high-performing contributors; weekly bonuses available
- Independent contractor paid daily via Stripe Connect
