About the Role

The Investment Banking / Private Equity Specialist role is part of a leading AI research initiative. This project enhances large language models (LLMs) for real-world financial reasoning by leveraging expertise in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating AI-generated investment analyses for accuracy and clarity.
• Calibrating AI decision-making in valuation modeling and portfolio analysis.
• Designing and validating tasks that mirror real-world investment workflows.
• Providing analytical feedback to improve model reasoning and realism.
• Collaborating asynchronously with AI researchers for business alignment.

Ideal Qualifications

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in investment services, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, and strong expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and portfolio management. Certifications such as CFA/CPA/CAIA or advanced degrees are a plus.

Project Timeline & Compensation

This is an hourly, part-time, remote role with a commitment of about 20 hours per week for a duration of 1–2 months. The base rate ranges from $80 to $120 USD per hour with additional weekly bonuses for top performers.
