About the Role

A leading AI research initiative by Call For Referral is seeking experienced Data Scientist experts to support high-impact collaborations. In this role, you will apply your data science and engineering expertise to evaluate model performance, design algorithmic benchmarks, and improve the technical rigor of AI-generated code and analyses. Your contributions will directly shape how next-generation AI systems reason, code, and learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated code, prompts, and outputs.
• Validate statistical soundness and computational accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
• Categorize and label datasets, prompts, and models.
• Contribute to benchmarking frameworks for model performance.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics.
• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R, Java, or Scala is a plus.
• Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Skilled in statistical analysis, feature engineering, and data wrangling.

Project Timeline & Work Arrangement

Start Date: Immediate Duration: 1–2 months (potential for extension) Commitment: 15–25 hours/week (flexible up to 40 hours/week) Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous

Compensation & Application Process
