Qualifications

• US-based MD, DO, or PhD in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of clinical or research experience at top-tier institutions.
• Proven leadership and frontier research experience.
• Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.

Compensation & Structure

Pay range: $150–$500/hr depending on specialty and experience. The role is structured as a W2 employment position with remote work flexibility, requiring approximately 10–40 hours per week with calibration calls.
