Role Overview

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on Paid Search across platforms including Bing, Google, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. You will drive data-driven insights to develop strategies, manage multi-million dollar media budgets and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve growth and ROI objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute all California Closets Paid Search campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets exceeding $10M along with detailed market-specific billing.
  • Manage and direct digital agencies for SEM, YouTube, display, programmatic, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies with local business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement to meet volume and ROAS targets.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agency and platform teams to test and adopt new features.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven YouTube advertising strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis and test new user acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance policies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Paid Search management (Google and Microsoft Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube video campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Proven A/B testing and iterative campaign optimization experience.
