About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the trusted connection between healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams. You will ensure every provider has the credentials, documentation, and clearances they need, enabling them to focus on caring for patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with providers, clients, and colleagues nationwide.
  • Manage the credentialing process from applications to compliance checks.
  • Communicate frequently by phone and email with providers and clients.
  • Review documentation, licenses, certifications, background checks, and testing for accuracy.
  • Coordinate screenings such as drug testing and background checks.
  • Maintain detailed records while managing multiple priorities.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to resolve issues quickly.
  • Represent Caliber with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, credentialing, or healthcare staffing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with physicians, executives, and staff.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Service-driven and proactive, providing reassurance and anticipating needs.
  • Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours when urgent needs arise.
