Overview

Caliber Collision's Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Research Analyst. In this role, you will research vehicle service information, process documentation per standard parameters, and organize data according to outlined expectations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collect and store data on vehicle repair procedures.
  • Review deficiencies, correct errors, and check documentation outputs.
  • Conduct online research on OEM and Aftermarket websites.
  • Verify and update data before database entry.
  • Complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Stay updated on industry patterns and trends.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and technology.
  • Familiar with OEM service information and automotive systems.
  • Knowledge of ADAS, body shop, and automotive terminology.
  • Strong organizational, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required; must be 18+ and pass background check.
  • Extended or weekend hours may be required.
