Overview
Caliber Collision's Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Research Analyst. In this role, you will research vehicle service information, process documentation per standard parameters, and organize data according to outlined expectations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collect and store data on vehicle repair procedures.
- Review deficiencies, correct errors, and check documentation outputs.
- Conduct online research on OEM and Aftermarket websites.
- Verify and update data before database entry.
- Complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Stay updated on industry patterns and trends.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and technology.
- Familiar with OEM service information and automotive systems.
- Knowledge of ADAS, body shop, and automotive terminology.
- Strong organizational, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required; must be 18+ and pass background check.
- Extended or weekend hours may be required.
