About the Role

Calendly is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we bring our products to market and tell our story. In this role, you’ll lead go-to-market efforts, craft resonant messaging, and collaborate across the business to drive awareness, adoption, and customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy from planning through launch and adoption.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Brand, and Customer Success teams.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategy.
  • Own channel strategy including in-app, email, sales enablement, website, and social.
  • Build key product marketing assets such as one-pagers, release notes, FAQs, and pitch decks.
  • Act as an evangelist for your products both internally and externally.
  • Support lifecycle programs driving acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Promote alignment and clarity across teams with shared goals.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate with a data-informed mindset.

Who You Are

  • 6-8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ideally in a PLG or hybrid GTM environment.
  • Proven record with launches and scaling adoption.
  • A strong storyteller able to simplify complex concepts.
  • Customer-obsessed with deep empathy and understanding of user needs.
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional projects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written communication.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in moving initiatives forward.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to both self-serve and enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with Miro, Asana, G-Suite, User Interviews, and product analytics tools.
  • Experience with PLG tactics and lifecycle marketing.
