About the Role - Product Manager
The Product Manager will lead business processes for developing products in the evolving world of payments, both internally and with strategic global business partners. You will have full ownership of product and service development processes, from idea generation through to go-live.
- Conduct needs analysis, scoping, roadmap planning, and KPI definition.
- Plan structured work with Gantt charts and prioritized task management.
- Lead discussions with existing and potential global business partners.
- Analyze competitive landscape, local/global trends, and benchmark leading international products.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or certificate.
- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- Mandatory experience working with global business partners.
- Mandatory experience in the financial sector (payments, credit).
- Advantageous: Experience with global fintech products and cross-functional initiatives.
- Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with structured work plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
