Poste et missions

Under the responsibility of the Unit Manager, your main missions will include:

  • Drafting contracts for Professional Credits, Businesses, and specific contract types (amendments, bank guarantees, first demand guarantees, etc.).
  • Reviewing offers for Medium-Long Term, Short Term, and Specific Credits (guarantee contracts, amendments, commitment by signature, etc.).
  • Managing guarantee applications and fund disbursements for these credits.
  • Communicating with clients to expedite requests when documentation is incomplete.
  • Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company standards.
  • Overseeing and tracking the accounting treatment of operations and ensuring accounting entries are justified.
  • Contributing to the operational risk management of the unit's activities.
  • Participating in the drafting and improvement of procedures.
  • Engaging in the management and execution of unit projects and missions.

Profil et compétences requises

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a Master 1/2 in Law, Economics, or Management and seeking an apprenticeship (alternance).
  • Possess legal knowledge (banking law, contract law, guarantee law) and strong writing skills for contract comprehension and guarantee implementation.
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel) and understanding of IT systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal (sales network) and external stakeholders (notaries, lawyers, clients).
  • Demonstrated initiative and synthesis skills for cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.

Informations complémentaires sur le poste

This is an alternating work-study contract (alternance) of 12 to 24 months, based in Nice (Arenas district).
