Job Description

RPA Solutions Trainer

ca:ira GmbH is seeking an experienced Trainer for RPA solutions to conduct practical training sessions and workshops. You will empower participants to implement their own automation projects, covering process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices. This role involves adapting content to specific audiences, fostering a positive learning environment, and traveling to client sites. You will also be responsible for the customer-specific implementation and support of process automation within the RPA solution, including designing and configuring customer processes using low-code platforms. Collaboration with the expert team for problem-solving and knowledge sharing is essential.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial or IT technical field; a university degree is desirable.
  • Experience in conducting training or workshops, ideally in IT or automation.
  • Good technical understanding, preferably with knowledge of RPA tools and low-code platforms (e.g., EMMA, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) or the willingness to acquire it.
  • Ability to convey complex content clearly and structured.
  • High willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a passion for automation and digitalization.
  • Independent and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • High level of personal responsibility and self-organization.
  • Confident demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and conversational skills (German C1).
