What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an organized, practical individual with a strong service orientation, who enjoys managing administrative processes with precision and helping employees have a smooth day-to-day experience. Someone eager to learn, grow within the People area, and comfortable in dynamic environments where priorities can change.
Additionally, We Would Love For You To Have:
- Demonstrable experience in labor administration, payroll, or HR support.
- Experience working with external agencies ("gestorías") and managing employee documentation.
- Good command of digital tools and databases.
- Knowledge and ability to explain processes clearly and approachably.
- English proficiency to communicate in an international environment.
- Attention to detail and responsibility with confidential information.

What You Will Do at Cafler
You will be part of the Talent & People team, ensuring that all administrative operations for employees run smoothly and without friction.
- Manage registrations, de-registrations, contracts, annexes, and labor documentation with the external agency.
- Prepare necessary information for payroll and review data.
- Support employees with queries about payroll, holidays, and permits.
- Update employee information in HRIS and internal tools.
- Management and support in administrative tasks within the Talent & People area.
- Propose improvements to make processes more agile and efficient.
You will have high visibility and learn how the People area functions within a growing scale-up.
