For over 35 years, CAD+T has provided end-to-end software solutions for the furniture industry, covering everything from planning and production with direct CNC machine integration to the entire operational aspect of furniture manufacturing.

The Opportunity: Mid-Level Frontend Software Engineer

We are currently modernizing our technology stack, expanding our offerings to include SaaS and cloud services, and introducing AI-powered optimization and real-time 3D visualization. To drive this success, we are looking for a Mid-Level Frontend Software Engineer to deliver genuine value to our users. In this role, you will implement features from end-to-end, design APIs, maintain test coverage, and support platform stability, contributing to a team that balances innovation with reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Feature Implementation: Develop, test, and refactor services or frontend/mobile modules.
• API & Data Design: Collaborate on endpoint contracts, schemas, and state patterns.
• Quality Assurance: Write and maintain automated tests, manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Incident Management: Analyze and resolve production errors; take ownership of P1/P2 incidents through root cause analysis.
• Code Review & Feedback: Provide constructive reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Agile Delivery: Break down stories, estimate efforts, conduct demos, and facilitate retrospectives.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create ADRs, maintain wikis, and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Mentoring & Collaboration: Guide junior team members and proactively identify cross-team dependencies.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Solid knowledge in at least one modern stack (e.g., JVM/Node.js, Swift/Kotlin or comparable).
• Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt, Vuetify is a plus.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and Docker.
• Basic understanding of service design, caching, scaling, and offline synchronization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
