Job Description
Role Impact
The Manager, Lease Administration provides support to Finance Lease Analysts and coordinates the set-up of new properties in the Commercial Management system. This role maintains policies and procedures for SSLE, the Recovery system, and the Lease Administration function, including Commercial Management validations in Yardi, unit files, and Tenant Codes.
What You Will Deliver
- Review recovery workbooks for accuracy and adjust tenant billing.
- Update and create manuals for SSLE, recoveries, and lease administration.
- Provide guidance on lease interpretations and respond to tenant queries.
- Coordinate indirect reports to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with lease certification processes, conduct audits, and manage mass document requests.
- Support Yardi system updates and technology optimization projects.
- Organize monthly Lease Administration conference calls and present to teams.
- Assist with Year End Audit queries from internal and external auditors.

- Solid knowledge in lease document interpretation and accounting principles.
What You Need to Succeed
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Law or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management and Lease Administration.
- At least 2 years' supervisory experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary may range from $81,433 to $108,577 with potential for above range compensation.
