Key Responsibilities

- Requesting and reviewing post-logs from various media vendors.
- Gathering ad rates and dispatching schedules to media outlets.
- Confirming media schedules for accuracy.
- Updating weekly media spend and delivery trackers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal results for Cadent and its clients.
- Managing traffic needs efficiently.
Clerical Duties (20%)
- Checking invoices thoroughly.
- Resolving media billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Media Assistant, you should possess the following:
