About the role
About Cadence
Sixty million Medicare seniors live with chronic disease. The care system sees most of them twice a year. Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day. Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week. We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions. The Role
We're hiring a Brand Designer to own the visual expression of the Cadence brand across presentations, enterprise sales materials, web touchpoints, reports, and print collateral. You will translate complex clinical outcomes, AI capabilities, and strategic messaging into clear, credible, and visually compelling materials used with health system leaders, partners, and investors. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and visual storytelling, and your work will directly shape how Cadence is perceived in market. What You'll Do
- Design high-impact executive presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, and enterprise storytelling materials for use with health system leaders, partners, and investors.
- Translate complex clinical data, AI capabilities, and operational outcomes into clear, visually compelling slides and supporting visuals that land with a sophisticated, skeptical audience.
- Build, improve, and organize Cadence brand guidelines into a scalable, team-accessible system that works across digital and print communications.
- Create and maintain presentation templates, reusable asset libraries, and lightweight design systems that improve consistency and efficiency across Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Leadership.
- Partner with Communications, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Clinical teams to produce polished, enterprise-ready materials that support external engagement and business growth.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the Cadence brand across marketing communications, patient materials, digital assets, event collateral, and internal materials.
- Own website updates and branded marketing assets as needed, maintaining visual quality and brand consistency across every touchpoint.
What You Need
- 4-7 years of experience in brand design, art direction, and visual design, spanning digital, print, and presentation touchpoints.
- Demonstrated experience designing executive presentations, board materials, and enterprise sales narratives - ideally in high-growth healthcare or technology companies.
- Exceptional design craft with the ability to develop concepts and execute with detail and rigor.
- Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to evaluate where AI accelerates the build versus where human judgment is required.
