Job Description
Freelance Linguistics Specialist - English to Brazilian Portuguese
Editage, the flagship brand of CACTUS, is building a global pool of freelance contributors to support ongoing AI and language-based projects. We are currently welcoming bilingual speakers to join our platform and complete flexible, task-based work remotely.
Sample Tasks:
- Review and refine text, translations, and captions across general areas such as travel, food, lifestyle, and finance.
- Transcribe conversations and perform quality checks.
- Label or annotate voice, text, or image content.
- Review and correct AI-generated outputs.
- Assist in localizing content for AI models.
What We’re Looking For:
- Near-native level proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and a strong command of English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Prior experience in translation, editing, or related language tasks is preferred.
