Overview
Join CACI International's MSC IBS team as a Software Test Engineer Intern - Summer 2026. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing quality assurance through manual and automated regression tests in an AWS cloud environment. You will support developers by testing new software and provide troubleshooting support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases
- Identify, document, and track system defects
- Collaborate with developers to understand system functionality
- Develop and maintain test documentation
- Ensure test coverage and project requirement adherence
- Provide feedback for quality improvements
Qualifications
Required: 1 year of experience in functional testing, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, familiarity with version control (Git) and bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla), and strong analytical skills. Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or related field.
Desired: Experience in Linux and Windows environments, command-line scripting (Bash), performance/load testing, CI/CD pipelines, API testing (Postman), database testing (SQL), and mobile application testing.

Compensation
The proposed salary range is $39,900 to $79,900, based on various factors including location and experience.
