Overview
The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer at CACI International supports USSOCOM in Tampa, FL on the SOCOM Enterprise Development, Application and Training (EDAT) contract. This full time, TS/SCI cleared position involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining mission-critical enterprise applications using Angular, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features for the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool.
- Implement responsive Angular front-end interfaces.
- Develop back-end services and APIs with .NET and C#.
- Optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
- Create and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance with DoD standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on requirements and deployments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses an active TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and 3–7 years of application development experience. Required technical skills include Angular, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services with Agile methodologies. Experience with USSOCOM or financial systems, CI/CD, containerization, and DevSecOps is a plus.
