Job Description
Contentious Stage (January 2027 - July 2027)
Cabinet Constantin-Vallet is seeking an intern to join its team for a 6-month period, starting in January 2027.
Responsibilities
During the internship, you will assist the partner lawyers and associates in their daily tasks and in managing the firm's contentious cases. You will conduct research, participate in drafting memos and pleadings, review case files, and develop case strategies, among other duties.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a third-cycle degree (Master's equivalent) or are a trainee lawyer (EFB, HEDAC, etc.).
- Solid training in business law (obligations, civil procedure, liability, etc.).
- One or more successful prior experiences in a law firm.
