About The Role: Pension Education Coordinator
The Pension Education Coordinator supports the Pension Education team in the successful delivery of member education at CAAT. This role ensures that every learning touchpoint is well-coordinated, member-focused, and seamless.
While senior team members lead strategy and content design, the coordinator brings these plans to life by handling the essential planning, delivery, reporting, and content distribution tasks that make CAAT’s education program effective and engaging.
As The Newest Member Of Our Team, You Will:
- Coordinate and schedule member education sessions across platforms, ensuring smooth setup, delivery, and presenter support for webinars and live events.
- Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date presentation schedule ensuring all materials reflect CAAT’s brand standards.
- Provide moderation backup for live sessions, including introductions, managing Q&A, polls, and accessibility features such as closed captioning and ASL.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute education materials and recorded sessions, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and strong member engagement.
- Gather, organize, and report data from webinars, surveys, and polls; build dashboards and KPIs to help guide program strategy.
- Monitor feedback and member sentiment trends to support continuous improvement of education content and delivery.
- Manage SharePoint content, track education‑related expenses, and handle day‑to‑day video editing and posting tasks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on program logistics and contribute operational support for key initiatives, including conferences and broader organizational events.
To Succeed, You Bring:
- College Diploma or University Degree in communications, adult education, marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in communications, event coordination, or adult learning.
- Hands-on experience with webinar/event platforms (e.g., GoTo Webinar, Zoom, MS Teams).
- Experience editing, posting, and distributing recorded learning sessions or similar content.
- Exposure to financial services, pensions, or retirement savings is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills —adaptable, and member-focused.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and digital reporting tools.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
The target hiring salary for this position is $61,800.00 - $72,700.00. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
